Here's what the ladder trick is:
You go to a ladder
1 Then you go back about 5-10 ft from the ladder
2 Then run towards the ladder
3 When you are about 1 foot away from the ladder press jump+enter

It takes a lot of practice tho, but after you do it its really cool, it makes you look like a shark in the ground that half a foot tall
